The Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference in Federal Electoral Processes and Democratic Institutions (the Hogue Commission) has started a second round of public consultations. The Commission website provides daily video recordings of all proceedings. See https://foreigninterferencecommission.ca/
Day 16 video proceedings are at https://foreigninterferencecommission.ca/public-hearings/day-16-september-16. During these proceedings, there is a presentation on Intelligence Concepts beginning at about the 1.39 mark.
You may wish to comment on Commission Counsel's description of intelligence. My own view is that it is weak and lacks sophistication. It commits the fundamental error of equating intelligence and information. It is another example showing that examinations of intelligence matters should not be led by lawyers.
