Ladies and gentlemen,

With great pleasure, I introduce Kristal Moore as a new member of CIN/RCR. Kristal is a crime analyst with the South Simcoe Police Service, and a student pursuing a Masters of Science in Applied Intelligence, at Mercyhurst University "just across the lake" in Erie, PA. She has also recently been elected President of the Ontario Chapter of the International Association of Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysts (IALEIA). Kristal looks forward to the networking opportunities offered in CIN/RCR, and future collaboration between CIN/RCR and IALEIA.
