It is my great pleasure to announce that Mr. Christopher Shapardanov has joined CIN/RCR as a Regular Member. Christopher recently retired from a career in Global Affairs Canada. He is a former Canadian Ambassador to Finland and held senior positions in the International Security Bureau, in GAC.
