WELCOME NEW MEMBERS
I am pleased to announce our new CIN/RCR members:
a. Christine Southgate is part of the acquisitions team for the Open Source Information Centre for Public Safety Canada.
b. Veronique Gratton is completing a university degree in Intelligence and Investigation with the University of Montreal, to be followed by a degree in Criminology. She hopes to join the RCMP, to work on criminal investigations and cold cases as an Intelligence Analyst. She is interested in available intelligence training.
c. Sydney Ouderkirk is an Intelligence Analyst with the Alberta RCMP, interested in staying on top of intelligence trends, find learning opportunities, and meet others in the field. She works in a real time operations centre (RTOC), perhaps the only RTOC with 24/7 analyst coverage nationally. She is hoping to connect with others on what that looks like and how to better support frontline members and proactively tackle real time threats.
d. Brian Crane has enjoyed a career primarily in engineering and management consulting, both domestically and internationally. Given the current global political climate, he is interested in finding ways to help contribute to the future growth and stability of our intelligence community, whether through networking, direct support, or collaboration with industry.
We welcome Christine, Veronique, Sydney, and Brian. Thanks for joining us. We look forward to your contributions and participation.
Best regards,
Jim
