Major General (Ret’d) Theo ten Haaf of the Royal Netherlands Air and Space Force, a member of the Netherlands’ Advisory Council on International Affairs, will share perspectives from his work on the Peace and Security Committee and his experience within NATO. He will be joined by Rear Admiral (Ret’d) Iuri Covaleov, former Deputy Chief of the Romanian Military Intelligence Directorate, whose extensive service in military intelligence and defence diplomacy offers a distinctive view from NATO’s eastern flank.
