WELCOME NEW MEMBER MARWAN ALYAN
Ladies and gentlemen,
I have the pleasure of welcoming new CIN/RCR member Marwan Alyan.
Marwan is a Policy Analyst with the RCMP National Headquarters and is interested in deepening his knowledge of the intelligence domain, particularly in collection and assessment. He has an interest in Middle East issues and passed the RCMP operational Arabic test with high marks.
Marwan is completing the Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at the Royal Military College of Canada. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from UOttawa, and a graduate certificate in Regulatory Affairs from Algonquin College. He has served on the Board of Directors of a housing co-operative since 2017, in addition to other volunteer social support initiatives.
Marwan has expressly committed to uphold the CIN/RCR principles and mission.
