BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING 3 JULY 2025
Ladies and gentlemen,
The agenda and minutes of a recent Board of Directors meeting, held on Thursday, 3 July 2025, are posted on the Governance-Board of Directors Meetings page on the CIN/RCR website. A copy of the minutes is attached here for your convenience.
We will be building our Board of Directors to reach the 12 members allowed this fall. The Board will appoint Directors to serve until the AGM in April, when candidates will stand for election by Members, as required by By-law No. 1. A call for volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors will be sent out in August. We will also seek volunteers from among all Members, serve on the new Digital Services Committee.
Also note that we will begin holding more VICS in the fall as well. An OIDC event will also be conducted. Detailed schedules of each will be released in August too.
