ADDITIONAL ITEMS FOR THE UPCOMING BOARD MEETING ON THURSDAY 7 APRIL 2022
At the upcoming Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, 7 April 2022, when considering points from the floor, I will be raising the requirement to form at least two committees of the Board, and ask Directors to consider the volunteer chairmanship of each. We need an Audit Committee and a Strategic Planning Committee. A decision will not be sought at the meeting, but hopefully discussion will allow us to consider appropriate motions in the near future.
