CIN/RCR BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING AND 2025 ANNUAL AGM
Ladies and gentlemen,
Your Board of Directors completed its first meeting of 2025 on 19 March. The minutes are now posted on the "Board of Directors Meeting page, accessed through the "Governance" tab in the upper menu. Highlights include approval of two nominations to stand for election to the Board of Directors, for a second term, of Hugh Henry and Rob Mendoza, approval of the formal Agreement with the Canadian Military Intelligence Association (CMIA), whereby they will pay CIN/RCR a minimum of $1,000 for organizing support provided to the 2025 Canadian Intelligence Conference (CANIC 2025). The 2025 CIN/RCR financial report was also approved.
Now it's your turn. The CIN/RCR 2025 AGM will be held on Wednesday, 16 April, at 7:00 p.m. (Eastern), via Zoom (link to be sent separately). The agenda for the 2025 AGM is posted on the "AGM" webpage, also accessed through the "Governance" tab above. The agenda is also attached here for your convenience.
