WELCOME NEW MEMBER FARIS OUATTARA
I have the enjoyable experience of introducing Faris Ouattara, a new member of CIN/RCR.
Faris professes a strong passion for the intelligence field and for contributing to thoughtful analysis on national security issues. He is eager to build strong connections with professionals and experts working in this domain.
Faris currently works with Paladin 7 Group, conducting a research project on hybrid threats in Canada, with the aim of informing defence strategy and contributing to Canadian national defence preparation plans. He will welcome opportunities to appropriately share insights from this work with CIN/RCR members.
Faris has expertise in open-source intelligence across Africa, Europe, and the United States. I believe this perspective could be valuable to CIN/RCR’s mandate, particularly in understanding comparative approaches, emerging threats, and opportunities for international collaboration.
