When we speak of the CIN/RCR mandate being focussed on intelligence education, we mean education as something more than training. Where training prepares one for an appointment or role, education pursues overall knowledge and understanding in a field of study. We have some intelligence training in Canada, in various organizations, but no real intelligence eduction.
