WELCOME NEW MEMBER IAN MARCOUX
Ladies and gentlemen,
I have the pleasure of introducing a new CIN/RCR member. Ian Marcoux is a former CAF member (RMC Class of 2017) and a current third-year law student at McGill University. He is interested in the intersection of law, national security, and intelligence. He intends to conduct research in this field, hoping to exploit educational opportunities and networking opportunities offered by CIN/RCR.
