It is my pleasure to introduce a new Student Member of CIN/RCR. Vismay Buch is a student at Carleton University, pursuing an MA in International Affairs, in the Security and Defence Policy stream at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA) (see https://www.linkedin.com/in/vismay-buch-359b0316a/). He also serves as an intelligence support officer with CBSA, and hopes to pursue a career in the Canadian Intelligence Enterprise (CIE).
